Kristin Bo Bistin
So yesterday, when I was laying in bed, the phone rang, and I basically bolted out of my room in hopes that my best friend Abby would be on the other line. (I hadn't talked to her for a week...disappointing, I know). Lo and Behold, there she was....sitting at her house with the phone up to her ear, talking....to ME! She called me and told me about her trip to Michigan and blah blah blah blah. "Do you wanna do something today"? she asked me. "Most definitely" I replied. She picked me up right away and we went to her house...hung out for a while, then went to the church to help put some new things in the pantry. =) After that, we went back to her house and hung out for a little bit longer, ate, and then went to the Talent Show at Parker (which basically ruled). When I got there, I looked at the program, and a hint of depression started to show on my face when I saw that Kristin's comedy act was the 2nd to last. Gar.
Highlights of the show:

Highlights of the show:
- Jordan Jackson's stand up comedy....pretty sweet if you ask me
- The Parker Drum-Line....even Abby was impressed....that's a compliment
- Leon White and Mike Chambers singing, "In the Jungle" (Leon White is basically my hero)
- Ruel...basically ruled the whole show...(haha, get it? Ruel ruled)
- Ruel and Marty with their "street drumming" (that's what i like to call it) was pretty sweet.
- And last, but most certainly, definitely not least....KRISTIN HEESEN (my sister, if you didn't know) was the most amazing person up there.
